Azərbaycanda milyonlarla dəyəri olan iki şirkət birləşdi

"Caspian Coast Vinery And Vineyards-2" şirkəti ilə "Merit Brand" şirkəti birləşib.

"Kanal14.az" İqtisadiyyat.az-a istinadən xəbər verir ki, bununla bağlı razılıq əldə olunub.

Belə ki, "Caspian Coast Vinery And Vineyards-2"nin fəaliyyətinə xitam verilib və şirkət "Merit Brand"a qoşularaq ləğv olunduğunu elan edib.

"Merit Brand" isə qoşulması nəticəsində yenidən təşkil ediləcək.

Qeyd edək ki, "Caspian Coast Vinery And Vineyards-2" şirkəti 2022-ci ildə dövlət qeydiyyatına alınıb. 3 810 550 manat nizamnamə kapitalına malik olan şirkətin qanuni təmsilçisi Mollayev Fuad Rayib oğludur. "Merit Brand" isə 2007-ci ildə dövlət qeydiyyatına alınıb. 3 810 560 manat nizamnamə kapitalına malik olan bur şirkətin isə qanuni təmsilçisi Boris Polosuxin Nikolayeviçdir.

I'm not sure exactly why but this blog is loading very

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off
topic but I had to tell someone!
